Will I learn about taxes and debt discharge in this course?
No, this course will teach you step by step how to register your legal entity/person, which is the first step you need to take if you want to properly and legally opt-out of the tax system and discharge debt.

We have resources for students to do independent study on these subjects, but we do not specifically teach these processes or claim to teach them.

No, this course is entirely digital, consisting of step by step video tutorials that will walk you through everything you need to do in order to register your legal entity.

Once you pay for this course on this page, you will have lifetime access. However, there will be registration fees that are around $85 USD total when you are filing your legal entity with the State, so keep that in mind as you purchase the course.
How long does this process usually take?
It typically takes students 1-2 hours to complete the entire Claim The NAME process.

However, we have bonus content within the course which will take longer if you choose to follow it.
Will I receive 1:1 support during my process?
We currently do not offer 1:1 support, but we do help students in our community Discord (which you will be guided to join once you are inside Claim The NAME).

Within the community Discord, we typically answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and help each other out as members move through their various processes. The Discord is also packed with tons of bonus content and sovereignty resources that you've likely never come across before.
